About me, Emcario, and my ongoing 4-year journey curating lewds of everyone's favorite Blue Aura Doggo~

Hi~ My name is Emcario and I have made it my mission to be the greatest curator of the very best porn of the beloved Pokémon known as Lucario (Riolu and Mega Lucario as well)~! Now, as it states in the title this have been an endeavour of mine for the better part of 4 years now and I could write an entire college essay on the trials and tribulations, the highs and lows of this adventure so far, but I believe giving you the long story short is more appropriate and gives me reason to be concise-ish. So I'll give it to you with (thicc) bullet points, analogies, and dates.

• December 2015 (Start of the Stone Age)

I had already for years at this point been an avid fan of the 4th Gen Pokémon Lucario, as this character was embedded in my sexual awakening more or less, you know, when you enter your teenage years and suddenly find a lot of new things attractive? Yeah well, Lucario was the one who stuck with me the most and so one fateful evening I had this sudden urge to want to share with others exactly how I felt about Lucario (mainly through porn lol) and so my options eventually landed on making a Tumblr blog sometime in December of 2015. I thus 'creatively' decided to name my blog "Lucario-Porn", and yes, the hyphen is intentional so as to make the two words form a name/title.

• October 9th 2016 (End of the Stone Age - Start of the Classical Age/Golden Age)

10 months later I had accumulated about 1000+ followers. People really seemed to enjoy my obsessive weekly postings of the newest and hottest Lucario, Riolu, and Mega Lucario porn so in that department things were going well. However, a bunch of troll accounts claiming to be Nintendo staff (or maybe they were legit, never truly found out) had begun to spam report my blog and soon my whole account was in jeopardy. I panicked and spent the next few weeks literally reposting every single one of my 500+ or so lewd posts to another new account of which would bare the same name and this time, an even more intense curating regiment as I was nowhere near done with what had now become my purpose on Tumblr and in the larger Furry Community.​

• December 31st 2017 (Middle of the Classical Age/Golden Age)

14 months later Lucario-Porn had become, in my humblest of opinions, "Tumblr famous" (at least as mainstream as you can get for a NSFW on Tumblr). My follower count was now well over 10.000, I had launched a popular mainstay series on my blog during the summer titled "Lucky Lewdmon" (and the year after a similar series called "More Thirty-Four") where my followers could vote twice a month on which other Pokémon they would want to see lewd posts of, and to top it off my blog in particular had apparently been responsible for getting all of Tumblr blacklisted at some person's workplace. I always find that last fact hilarious.

• December 17th 2018 (End of the Classical Age/Golden Age - Start of the temporary Dark Ages)

But the fun times did not last. Oh no, because what went down on the 17th of December 2018 was the single largest issue my blog were to ever face on Tumblr and one that in the end... Basically pulled the plug on my then 22.000+ followers-strong curated platform. This is how it went down: Due to some nefarious content being posted by various blogs on Tumblr, everyone on the 17th got hit with the effects of a nasty new anti-porn policy which promptly hid millions of NSFW posts from public view and overall made thousands of blogs migrate to other social platforms such as Twitter and Discord in order to try and continue going about their business. Me included.

• January 9th 2019 (End of the temporary Dark Ages/Start of the Renaissance)

At first I did not want to believe my blog had really just been neutralized overnight but reality soon kicked in and so I was scrambling like many others to salvage what I could and move elsewhere. I luckily managed to export a 7GB ZIP folder of my blog and all its contents and first step then was to move to Twitter. I soon discovered however that Twitter was not quite as liberal and relaxed a place to share artists' artwork on as Tumblr had been, and so I was left in the dirt with seemingly nowhere to settle... That is, until the 9th of January where I finally decided to turn the page on the whole "Lucario-Porn" operation and transform the Tumblr blog into a Discord server~

• January 9th 2020 (Ongoing Renaissance)

Yet another year had since gone by on this lewd journey of mine and looking back on it now, the creation of the "Lucario-Porn Discord Server" was and is the best legacy my original blog could have ever hoped to receive. 2000 members strong and a loyal admin staff to boot makes for a hell of a good time just chatting, teasing, role playing, and continuing the old tradition of sharing Cario porn with other like-minded enthusiasts. And so in some ways, I now not only accept that Tumblr's attack on porn happened but also appreciate it for pushing me to basically create a much more engaging community around the subject I had spent the last 4 years almost religiously posting and sharing about online. I see it as a happy ending after all.

• March 4th 2020 (Seeds planted for the Age of Enlightenment)

Okay, so that thing about me accepting what Tumblr consequently did to my blog? To be truthful I uuuuh never really let it go and that's because I am now using it as fuel for the hopeful completion of my next big project regarding the curation of Cario porn. And if you're reading this right now, then yup~ I created this whole site in secret from the Discord server, having begun manually reposting yet again every. single. post. I ever made on my Tumblr blog! 

*A week later on March 11th* 

Or at least that was my wishful thinking anyway. I realize now that even if I were to repost everything again, it would take me anywhere from a year to a year and a half. And although that means it indeed is an achievable goal, it really is more trouble than it's worth and sort of a backwards step now that I've removed my rose-tinted glasses; especially since I'm working for free on this at all times. However, all hope is far from lost. I've come up with a fruitful solution~ Instead of reposting everything from before, I am instead gonna pick up right from where the original blog left off and continue posting 'new' Cario artwork that got published from early December 2018 and then onward. With any luck, I'll have reached the arbitrary number of 20 posts by the end of the week (currently Wednesday) and then I'll pull the curtain on this website for the rest of the "Lucario-Porn" Discord server~ Oh, and hi you, thank you so much for having read this far <3

• March 14th 2020 (End of the Renaissance - Start of the Age of Enlightenment)

I'M SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW~! It's launch day for the site and I'm waiting to see how everyone from the server will respond~ I'm open and ready for any and all constructive criticism coming my way now. I'll update this paragraph on how it went once I've gotten enough feedback.

Okay, so I owe an explanation for why things did not go to plan after the initial launch, like, at all... So what happened was, a short while after I had launched the site on March 14th, I got cold feet. The overwhelming sense of having to continuously post new content for a decent-sized audience - after having not practiced this for more than a year - made me feel incredibly anxious and so I quickly removed all traces of the Cario-Porn site having ever been publicly launched. I had some stuff going on IRL too at the time so this was probably a contributing factor for my sudden turnaround. 2 and a half months later however and I've finally mustered up the courage to click the "Publish" button once again on this site; this time with some added preparedness that will hopefully make this whole thing an easier endeavour for me, not just short-term but long-term as well. We will just have to wait and see I guess. Now with that said... "Welcome to my world~"
